  • How can I book a sauna session?
    Bookings can be made through our website/mobile app (coming soon), or by calling our reception. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability.
  • Can I still join a session if you are fully booked?
    If there are no sessions available for the time you wish to come, please feel free to call us in-case there are 'no shows'. We also encourage walk-ins but strongly advise booking or calling in advance.
  • Sauna Etiquette
    Our goal is to provide an exceptional experience, with cleanliness being a top priority. To ensure this, we require the use of towels in all saunas and mandate showers between transitions to ice tubs. This will help maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness at all times.
  • Accessibility
    We offer full wheelchair access, including a ground floor lift and a dedicated toilet with integrated showers. Please inform us in advance so we can assist with guidance. For access to ice baths, our team members or your care assistant are available to help.
  • Carers/Assistants
    Anyone requiring a companion in the capacity of a carer, can email us to apply for a free assistant ticket at info@revtialiseurbanspa.co.uk
  • Lockers/Security
    Lockers in the changing rooms require a round token (similar to a one-pound coin) and are secured with a key. For high-value items you prefer not to leave in the lockers, please ask to store them behind the counter.
  • Cancellations
    To protect our staff and cover running costs, cancellations must be made 24 hours before your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you can do so up to 24 hours in advance. Refunds for cancellations take 5-10 days to process, with transaction fees deducted. We understand plans can change, so we offer a full refund for cancellations made with 24 hours' notice.
  • Age Restrictions
    Yes, guests must be at least 18 years old to use our facilities. Minors aged 16-17 may visit with a guardian present.
  • Health Restrictions
    If you have any underlying health conditions, please consult with your doctor before using our sauna and cold plunge. Guests with certain medical conditions may be advised against using these facilities.
  • Late Arrival
    If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, please be aware that your session may be shortened to avoid affecting other guests.

    Easily accessible with many underground stations connecting to the overground, which should mean that you can visit us from anywhere in London!   • Parking
    Parking is restricted, so please pay attention to the signs where you park to avoid any fines. Parking is free before 0830 and after 1830 Monday to Saturday
  • Group/corporate/event hire
    We welcome corporate and private booking events. If you would like a customised quote, please feel free to email us on info@revitaliseurbanspa.co.uk with the following information: Date, Time, Nature of Event, Number of Attendees, Requirements.
